REDUCING PAIN AND DYSFUNCTION THROUGH MANUAL THERAPIES AND CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle manual, non-invasive therapy using light hand pressure to manipulate connective tissue. Craniosacral therapy’s benefits are to release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. As a Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Julie sees adults, teens, and infants.

Lymphatic Balance Method
Your lymphatic system is an integral part of your body’s immune system. Joining together Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy (LET) into your session promotes optimal immune system function, providing relief to those suffering from Auto Immune Disorders, swelling from surgery, and high toxic loads from Breast Implant Illness or Cancer therapy. It is highly effective therapy when used pre- and post- surgery to enhance healing, reduce chronic tissue pain, and scarring.  Lastly, it is a very gentle and stress reducing therapy.

Corrective Core Method
A core and pelvic floor program combining corrective exercise and specific bodywork for teens, women, and men of all ages along with a specific prenatal program.
Reducing pain and the issues stemming from a Diastasis Recti or pelvic floor dysfunction. Reconnecting you to your balanced posture, your balanced breath, your balanced movements to build innate strength and reduce or eliminate issues from a weak or overactive core and/or pelvis.
